Card
USDCMonthly billing ($20/month) is coming soon — the launch offer is yearly-only.
Paying with card
Card payments are handled by Stripe — elvaro never sees or stores your card number. Your subscription activates immediately and renews annually unless cancelled.
Paying with USDC
USDC · pay straight from your wallet, settled onchain
Crypto-native users can pay directly in USDC from their wallet — no card, no bank, settled onchain. Choose the crypto option at checkout, send the exact amount to the address shown, and your Pro access activates as soon as the transaction confirms. If anything doesn't arrive as expected, contact support with your transaction hash and we'll resolve it.
Billing questions
What is a chat credit?
One credit is one question to the agent — including the full research pass behind it: live data fetches, analysis, and the streamed answer. Free accounts include 5 credits, enough to evaluate elvaro on real questions before paying anything.
What happens when free credits run out?
Your account, profile, and history remain intact — you just can't send new questions until you upgrade. Signals pages and market insights you have access to remain viewable.
Can I earn extra rewards?
Yes — the referral program pays real, withdrawable rewards when people you invite subscribe, and the daily spin adds bonuses on top.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the Wallet page in settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period. We don't do cancellation flows with guilt trips.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong, contact support — we'd rather fix the problem than keep an unhappy subscriber's money. Onchain payments are technically irreversible, so USDC refunds are processed as new transfers.
