FAQ & disclaimer
Frequently asked questions
Does elvaro trade for me?
No. elvaro researches, monitors, and recommends — you decide and you execute. We believe keeping the human in the loop is a feature, not a limitation.
Does elvaro have access to my funds?
No. Signing in with a wallet is authentication only. elvaro never takes custody of assets and never asks for seed phrases or exchange API keys with withdrawal rights.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT about crypto?
A general-purpose chatbot answers from training memory — months old and unaware of today's market. elvaro's agents fetch live data for every question and answer through the lens of your risk profile and the positions you share. See the thesis for the full argument.
Where does the data come from?
Live exchange prices, onchain activity, computed technical indicators, and market sentiment sources including the Fear & Greed Index — aggregated from established market data providers and refreshed continuously.
Are the signals guaranteed to be profitable?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Signals are structured, risk-defined analysis — every one carries a stop-loss precisely because some will be wrong. The goal is disciplined decision-making, not certainty.
What languages does elvaro support?
Onboarding and conversations work in multiple languages — start typing in yours and elvaro follows.
How much does it cost?
Free to start with 5 chat credits. Pro is $99/year at launch (regular $240 value) and unlocks the full signals and alerts experience — payable by card or USDC. Full details on the Plans & billing page.
How do referral rewards work?
Share your referral link; when people you invite join and subscribe, you earn rewards you can actually withdraw — not loyalty points.
